SOAR

Eudora Elementary School is committed to each student’s academic, social, and behavioral growth, building essential skills to thrive in school and life! The SOAR program supports student growth in behavior skills. It’s based on a national, evidence­ based system called Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, or PBIS, and has been part of Eudora Schools since 2010.

The positive behaviors that are taught to all EES students include: 
1. Raise your hand for permission to speak.
2. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.
3. Listen and follow directions.
4. Walk quietly inside the school.
